This Privacy Policy describes how One Sudoku ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our iOS application. We take your privacy seriously and have designed One Sudoku with a minimal data footprint. We do not operate servers, user accounts, or any backend that processes your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

One Sudoku is designed to work without collecting personal information. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or any other device content
• Device identifiers linked to your identity
• Usage analytics tied to you personally

Game progress (completed puzzles, streaks, statistics, and settings) is stored locally on your device only, using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and local files). This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud Backup, which is controlled entirely by your iOS settings.

2. Crash Reports & Analytics

We may receive aggregated, non-identifiable crash reports and performance data through Apple's built-in crash reporting system, if you have opted into sharing analytics with app developers in your iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. We use it solely to fix bugs and improve stability.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDK (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude) into the app.

3. Advertising

The free version of One Sudoku displays ads. When you first launch the app, we request permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Your choices:

• Allow tracking: Ads may be personalised using Apple's SKAdNetwork. No persistent advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared with advertisers without your consent.
• Deny tracking: Ads are shown without personalisation. The app continues to work normally.

You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Premium subscribers see no ads at all. No ad-related code is active for Premium users.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

One Sudoku offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly, annual, and lifetime) processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. We never see, process, or store your payment information. All billing, receipts, and subscription management are handled by Apple.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly.

5. Third-Party Services

One Sudoku does not integrate third-party social media SDKs, marketing trackers, or data brokers.

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

One Sudoku does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app contains no chat features, no social sharing of personal data, and no account registration. It is designed to be safe for all ages.

7. GDPR & Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our servers. If you have questions about data stored locally on your device, you can reset all app data in Settings inside the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
